This is one of the more popular restaurants in the night market. It is divided into several foos stalls and you have to go to each stall and order by yourself. Cash payments are expected when staff deliver your food at your table.
I have tried many char kway teow in Penang in every night market. This is by far the best. Taste and wok hei is there. I came back for a second time in the short two days stay here.
Very crowded at night, a few food options (oyster kwe tiaw, satay, chicken with rice, laksa, etc) Laksa is delicious, rojak also. Pay cash when the food and drink is served to your table.
The cheong fun was super good. I don't usually enjoy cheong fun but I ate 2 servings. Smooth, thin, soft, with your choice of filling in between - dangerously addictive. The Oyster omelette was pretty good too. Lots of food for sharing. Unfortunately the bkt was not open when we popped by.
